Altmärkische Wische

Altmärkische Wipe is a kreisangehorige municipality in the district of Stendal in Saxony- Anhalt, Germany. The municipality belongs to the municipality of Seehausen ( Altmark).

History

Through a field amendment agreement, the municipal councils of the municipalities Falkenberg decided ( 19 January 2009 ), Lichterfelde ( 19 January 2009 ), Neukirchen (Altmark ) ( 9 January 2009 ) and Wendemark ( 16 January 2009 ) that their communities dissolved and merged into a new community with the name Altmärkische Wipe. This agreement was approved by the county as a lower municipal supervisory authority and entered into force on 1 January 2010. It was named after the table flat Wipe in the northeastern Altmark.

The coat of arms and the flag was approved on January 30, 2014 by the county.

Blazon: " Divided by silver and green; forward a gold reinforced, half red eagle at the gap with knocked- red tongue, catching accompanied by a green Seeblatt; behind a silver spade, covered with a consisting of four golden ears of wheat sheaf. "

The colors of the community are green - white.

The coat of arms was designed by the Hundisburg Thomas Rystau.

The flag is green - white ( 1:1) striped ( horizontal format: strip horizontally extending, longitudinal Format: strip running vertically ) and centrally occupied with the municipal coat of arms.
