Anton Bakov

Anton Alexeyevich Bakov (Russian Антон Алексеевич Баков; born December 29, 1965 in Sverdlovsk, today Yekaterinburg, Russia ) is a Russian politician. From 2003 to 2007 he was a member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

Life

Bakov (now Yekaterinburg ), born in a family of Uralmash mechanical engineers on December 29, 1965 in Sverdlovsk. In 1988, he joined the Polytechnic Institute of the Ural (now Ural State Technical University ) with distinction.

Already during his studies he was part of the anti-communist movement. To his activities included the organization of a public boycott of the election to the Supreme Soviet of the USSR unopposed in 1984, the establishment of a public movement that had set himself the goal of the Soviets to reopen closed churches and preserve historic 1987 in Verkhoturye monuments. In 1987 he founded an initiative that could be removed street signs with the names of Josef Stalin's henchmen.

He is married, has four children and three grandchildren.

Activities

Bakov is one of the first legal private entrepreneurs in the Soviet Union or in Russia. 1987, still at the University, he founded the travel agency " cedar ", the first in Russia, four months after the establishment of independent unions were allowed in the USSR. On the basis of this agency he created in 1991 the company " East Line ". 1997-2000 he was Director General of City construction company Metallurgical Factory Serov with approximately 9000 employees. Policy

1994 Bakov was elected a deputy of the county in the Parliament of Sverdlovsk Oblast Serov, Sverdlovsk Oblast Duma and chairman of the legislative committee of the Duma. His first acts as an MP were directed against the federal appointment of mayors and regional governors. With its team of like-minded people, he managed to carry out the executive government elections from 1995 to 1996. In 2003, Bakov part in the elections for governor of the Sverdlovsk region. He accused Eduard Rossel, connections to the criminal organization to have " Uralmash ". 2006 Anton Bakov was elected secretary in electoral matters of the "Union of Right Forces ". On 14 October 2010 Bakov was elected Vice Chairman of the Federal Council of the " federal party action."

In April 2012 Bakov was elected Chairman of the Federal Council of the Monarchist Party of the Russian Federation. He is committed to the maximum autonomy of the Urals Moscow.
