Argentina national basketball team
The Argentine national basketball team represents Argentina in international matches or friendlies.
Argentina became the first team in the Basketball World Championship in 1950. Moreover the team from South America won the gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics.
This August 28, making it the most successful day of Argentina in the history of the Olympic Games, because on the same day won the Argentine soccer team is also the gold medal. Since the 1952 Olympics in Helsinki, these were the first gold medal for Argentina.
