Arkadiusz Malarz

Arkadiusz Malarz ( born June 19, 1980 in Pultusk, Poland ) is a Polish footballer.

Club career

In the season 2004/ 05 he was still regular keeper for his former club Amica Wronki. When he began to make mistakes, it was used only as number two in the goal. The reason was that the substitute goalkeeper Radosław Cierzniak was getting better. For the second half of the season 2005/ 06 stood at Lech Poznan Malarz under contract. But only got to two division operations. In 2006, Malarz first time abroad and signed a contract with the Greek first division club Skoda Xanthi. He was then the undisputed number one in goal. After just one season in Xanthi, he moved to league rivals and traditional club Panathinaikos Athens. Initially it went well for him, but he was replaced during the 2007/2008 season of the Croat Mario Galinovic as number one and left the club for season 2008/ 09 in the direction of OFI Crete where he again the goalkeeper. 2009/10 he played for AE Larissa. In Larisa he fared but similar to Panathinaikos and he was replaced after weak performance from Uruguayan Sebastián Viera. For the season 2010/11 he moved to Cyprus AEL Limassol. Overall, he played in the Greek Super League in Veir seasons 79 games.
