Automobiles Grégoire

The SA des Automobiles Grégoire was a French manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

Jean -Pierre Grégoire, who was previously co-owner of Soncin, the company Grégoire et Cie in 1903 in Poissy and began in 1904 with the production of automobiles. In 1907 it was renamed the SA des Automobiles Grégoire. 1919, the company came under the control of the Company Forges et Ateliers de la Fournaise. 1921 produced some models for Bignan. 1924 production ended.

Rolling stock

First there was the single cylinder model 8 CV, the two-cylinder model 12 CV 1904 and the four-cylinder model 20 CV. In 1908 there was the four-cylinder model with 10 CV 2000 cc, 1911 came the 16/24 CV do so.

Vehicles of this brand can be seen in several car museums, mainly in France.

Hinstin developed from the last prototype of Grégoire a sporty small car and took him under his own name on the market.
