Bad Lieutenant (Band)

Bad Lieutenant are an English New Wave, Alternative band. You have been founded after the departure of Peter Hook from New Order.

History

After Peter Hook withdrew from New Order, 2009, the remaining band members have decided to continue under the name New Order, to make music. The band was officially until the spring of 2009, to Bad Lieutenant were officially established. At the same time they announced their album Never Cry Another Tear.

The album has been involved Blur bassist Alex James next to the also the former Joy Division and New Order drummer Stephen Morris. Even if Stephen Morris sitting behind the drums live, he is not officially a member of the band. Tom Chapman (bass ) Furthermore, part of the live band.

As part of a European tour with several concerts in the UK, France and Germany Bad Lieutenant played in early December 2009 in Hamburg and Berlin.
