Bajmok
Bajmok (Cyrillic: Бајмок, Croatian: Bajmak, German: Nail village ) is a village in the Opština Subotica and in Okrug Severna Bačka in the autonomous province of Vojvodina in Serbia.
Geography
Bajmok is located in the southern part of the Pannonian plain and nine kilometers from the Serbian-Hungarian border.
From the village it is 23 kilometers to Subotica, 19 kilometers to Backa Topola, 33 kilometers to Sombor and 101 kilometers to the provincial capital of Novi Sad.

According to the last census in 2002 (self- nomination) there were the following ethnic composition in Bajmok:
- 2,900 ( 33.78 %) Serbs
- 2,450 ( 28.54 %) Hungarians
- 1,266 ( 14.75% ) Bunjewatzen
- 700 ( 8.15% ) Croats
- 454 ( 5.29% ) Yugoslavs
- 102 (1.19 %) Montenegrins

- Magyars: 3,599 ( 47.4 %)
- Bunjewatzen 1,980 ( 26.1%)

In 1931, there were 11,326 inhabitants, of which:
- Yugoslavs: 4,597 ( 40.6 %)
- Magyars: 4,276 ( 37.8 %)

After the Second World War the majority of Germans Bajmok had to leave. Instead, Serbs settled.
