Banu Güven

Banu Güven (born 1969 in Istanbul) is a Turkish journalist and television presenter.

Banu Güven visited and 1987 İstanbul Lisesi and studied International Relations at the University of Istanbul. For the journalism she has been interested in while studying. She has worked for issued in Turkey Turkish-German magazine, before she corresponded for a Swiss newspaper from Turkey.

In Turkey, she worked first for Milliyet before they NTV, a news channel in Turkey, joined, in which she worked as a reporter. Throughout her career at NTV, she hosted a variety of programs, such Hafta - Bu Hafta ( The Week - This Month), 24 seeds (24 hours) and Article (Plus), but was also seen as a news anchor.

After a scandalous for Turkey Interview with Vedat Türkali that Abdullah Öcalan sent greetings, she was released from the transmitter.
