Basaa languages
The Basaa languages are a language group within the Guthrie - zone A of the Bantu languages. It is classified as Zone A40 and contains four individual languages that are spoken by a total of approximately 300,000 people in Cameroon.
As for the language:
- Bakoko, about 50,000 people
- Bankon, about 12,000 speaker
- Barombi, about 3,000 speakers
- Bassa, about 230,000 speakers
