The incinerator Beitou (Chinese北投 垃圾 焚化 厂, Pinyin reading fénhuàchǎng Beitou ) in Zhoumei, Beitou, Taipei on Taiwan is a built in the 1990s incinerator whose power plant provides 48 megawatts.

In 2000, a revolving restaurant called Star Tower Restaurant was set up in the 150 -meter-high chimney of the plant in 120 meters height, which is accessible via a lift. To relieve reservations of the population of the district of Beitou and the neighboring Shilin, they can use the free observation deck.

The 10.6 -acre site of the incinerator consists of the system itself as well as the sports park Zhoumei. On the latter there is a theme hall, a swimming pool, a sports park, a garden, a tennis court, a basketball court, a children's garden and a car park. Next to it is on the site or an auto repair shop and a car wash.
