Bellville Velodrome

The Bellville Velodrome is a velodrome in Capetown, South Africa.

The Bellville Velodrome was built in 1991. The cycling track is 250 meters long and the concrete base covered with wood. The superelevation is 43 degrees.

2002 here is a run of the UCI Track Cycling World Cup was held in 1997 and 2008, the UCI Track World Junior Championships. 2007, the track events in the UCI B World Championships were held in Bellville Velodrome.

In 1997, the Velodrome was a roof; since the hall is also used for concerts. The spectator capacity was increased from 2000 to 6000. It is one of eight racing tracks in South Africa.
