Běloky

Beloky ( German Bielok ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located 15 kilometers northwest of the city center of Prague and is part of the Okres Kladno.

Geography

Beloky located on the Bohemian panel in the valley of the creek Zákolanský. To the northeast lies the nature reserve Číčovický Kamýk.

Neighboring towns are Makotřasy in the north, Číčovice in the northeast, and Cernovicky Středokluky in the east, in the southeast Kněževes, Dobrovíz in the south, Hostouň the southwest, Dolany, Peklov, Netřeby and Hřebeč in the west and Lidice in the northwest.

History

Was first mentioned in writing in 1257 Belok in the continuation of the Chronica Boemorum in connection with the purchase of the place by a nobleman named Eberhard. Between 1367 and 1385, the village belonged to the archdeacon and canon of the Prague chapter, Přibyslav. 1415 bought the patrician Petr Meziříčský from Prague Old Town festivals Makotřasy including the associated villages Makotřasy, Středokluky, Beloky, Hřebeč and parts of Lidice and Zájezd. Meziříčský was a supporter of King Sigismund and a staunch opponent of the Hussites. After the Battle of St. Vitus mountain attracted the Hussites, led by Záviš Bradatý, Petr and Petr Špička Obrovec, on 23 May 1420 the rule Makotřasy and burned the possession Meziříčskýs down. Below the village shared the history of the reign Makotřasy, which was sold after several changes of ownership in 1487 by Sigmund shrub of Chlumek Strouch to the rule Buštěhrad. In the deed of George Podiebrad the Netrefov Mill was first mentioned in 1467. 1499 sparked Catherine of Pakoměřice from the place from the possession of George Podiebrad. Her husband, Jerome of Skuhrov presented in the following year the village and some mills to the Dominican Monastery of St.. Anna on the Petrin. 1545 were enrolled in the country table as the owner of the burned village Beloky Jindřich Bezdružický Kolowrat and his fiancee Catherine of Weitmühl, which had previously belonged to his father Jan, who had been killed in 1526 at the Battle of Mohács. He was followed by Vladislav Novohradský, his wife Mary Magdalene Borschita Martinic began in 1571 as guardian of his underage son Wenzel. 1632 came the possession of Duke Heinrich Julius and the House of Saxe -Lauenburg and the death of Duke Clemens Franz inherited in 1777 Charles II Augustus of Zweibrücken and after his death in 1795, Maximilian Joseph of Bavaria possession. This sell the reign of Ferdinand III in 1805. 1847 took over Ferdinand the Benign dominion of Bohemia possession of the Hapsburgs.

After the abolition of patrimonial Beloky in 1850 for the independent municipality in the district Smíchov. 1930 came to the village Okres Praha- venkov and 1950 for Okres Kladno. 1980, the city was incorporated into Hostouň. Since 1989, the community is Beloky again. The community is a member of the micro-region Praha- západ.
