Bernd Kannenberg

Bernd Kannenberg ( born August 20, 1942 in Königsberg, East Prussia ) is a former German mountaineers and Olympic champion.

Starting for the Federal Republic of Germany, he won at the Olympic Games in Munich in 1972 in the 50 km walk gold in 3:56:11,6 h For this performance, the professional soldier was promoted to first sergeant unscheduled.
