The Berwick Township is one of 15 townships in Warren County in the western part of the U.S. state of Illinois.

Geography

The Berwick Township is located west of Illinois. The Mississippi River, which forms the border with Iowa, is located around 55 km to the west.

The Berwick Township is located at 40 ° 44'59 " north latitude and 90 ° 30'05 " west longitude and extending over 93.01 km ².
