Bohemia national ice hockey team

The Czech national ice hockey team represented the Kingdom of Bohemia, which belonged to the founding of Czechoslovakia Austria - Hungary.

History

The Czech national ice hockey team was in the early years of hockey in Europe's top nations and took from 1911 to 1914 at the Ice Hockey Championship in part. The Bohemia won the gold medal three times and in 1913 behind Belgium European vice-champion. The tournament was canceled in 1912 by the International Ice Hockey Federation in hindsight, because at that time Austria was not an association member yet, why Bohemia is officially listed as a two-time European champion.

Since the dissolution of Czechoslovakia in 1993 the Czech national ice hockey team continues the tradition of the Czech ice hockey.
