Brian P. Roman
Brian P. Roman is an American astronomer and asteroid explorer.
In its observations on the Palomar Observatory (IAU code 675), he discovered between 1988 and 1990 a total of 11 asteroids, three of them together with Eleanor Helin.
He is also the co-discoverer of the periodic comets 111P/Helin-Roman-Crockett, 117P/Helin-Roman-Alu and 132P/Helin-Roman-Alu.
The asteroid ( 4575 ) Broman was named after him.
