Brian Pothier

Brian Pothier ( born April 15, 1977 in New Bedford, Massachusetts) is an American professional ice hockey player who plays for the Genève -Servette HC in the National League A since July 2010.

Career

The 1.83 m tall defender started his career in the team of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute before he was obliged to 1999/2000 season as a free agent by the Atlanta Thrashers.

His first game in the NHL graduated from the right shooter during the 2000/ 01 season, 2002, he moved in exchange for Shawn McEachern to the Ottawa Senators to the 2005/06 season he was, as previously used in Atlanta most of the time at tiefklassigeren Farm Team only then, he managed to jump into the NHL strain squad. 2006 Brian Pothier was committed as a free agent by the Capitals. There he met regularly over the next four seasons for use before he was released in March 2010 in a transfer business to the Carolina Hurricanes. After 20 games for the Hurricanes, he left North America in July 2010 and signed a two year contract with the Genève -Servette HC in the National League A.
