Bouquet screw ( also: Bouquet Blanc grape bouquet, Sylvaner Musqué ) is a white grape variety. She was bred by Sebastian Englerth in Randersacker in the 19th century. It is a crossing of the varieties Silvaner and Trollinger. The information could be confirmed in the meantime by DNA analysis. Today you can still find small plantings in Alsace (under the name Bouquet grape) and in South Africa. In Randersacker, the home community Englerths we find the bouquet screw in the museum Weinberg old Franconian Wengert.

The yielding variety produces light white wines with strong acidity and a slightly aromatic character. In general, the wines of simple structure. Sometimes the term bouquet screw is simply assigned to a grape with a pronounced bouquet such as a yellow Muscat.
