Canton of Châtenois
The Canton Châtenois is a French administrative unit in the district Neufchâteau, in the department of Vosges in the Lorraine region; its chief town is Châtenois, Representative to the General Council of the department since 2001, Jean -Pierre Florentin (UMP ).
Geography
The Canton Châtenois is 18 917 hectares ( 189.17 km ²) in size and had (1999) 6,573 inhabitants, which corresponds to a population density of 34,75 inhabitants per km ².
