Canton of Bains-les-Bains

The Canton of Bains- les- Bains is a French canton in the arrondissement of Epinal, in the department of Vosges in the Lorraine region; its chief town is Bains- les- Bains, Representative to the General Council of the department was 1994-2008 Alain Rapin (UMP ). He was succeeded by Frédéric Drevet (PS).

Geography

The Canton of Bains- les- Bains is 169.97 km ² and has 3,857 inhabitants ( 2006), which corresponds to a population density of 23 inhabitants per km ².

Since 1 January 2013, the former municipality of Le Magny is part of Fontenoy -le- Château.
