Cecil Turner

Cecil Turner ( born April 2, 1944 in Washington, DC ) is a former American football player in the National Football League ( NFL).

Career

The NFL Draft 1968 Cecil Turner was taken at 127 instead of the Chicago Bears, where he played as a wide receiver during six seasons ( 1968-1973 ).
