Praha- Lochovice

Černošice ( German Cernositz, also Tschernositz ) is a city in the Czech Republic. It is located 16 kilometers south of the center of Prague and is part of the Okres Praha- západ.

Geography

Černošice is located at the confluence of Švarcava on the left bank of the Berounka at the foot of the hill Babka (364 m) in the Bohemian Karst. To the east lie the remains of the castle Kazin. The city is situated on the state road 115 and the railway from Prague to Pilsen.

Neighboring towns are Kosoř in the north, Radotín in the northeast, Lipence in the east, in the southeast Vrané, Jíloviště, Horni Mokropsy, Štorek and Všenory in the south, Dobrichovice the southwest, Vonoklasy in the west and Solopisky and Třebotov in the northwest.

History

Černošice was first mentioned as part of the foundation of the monastery in the year 999 Insulation The oldest documentary evidence from the year 1115 has Horni Černošice than possession of the monastery Kladruby. From 1239 the town was in the possession of the later Prague bishop John III .. 1268 acquired King Ottokar II the place. His son Wenceslaus II donated to the monastery in 1292 Černošice King's Hall. From 1304 for the first time was a subdivision in the places Maly and Velky Černošice, 1350 these villages were called Horni and Dolni Černošice. After the conquest of the monastery by the Hussites took possession in 1422 Pesík Předbor Radešín of the village. During the Thirty Years' War, the town was devastated in 1639 by the Swedes and desolated by pestilence, and emigration.

Černošice remained until the dissolution of the monastery during the Josephine reforms of monastic property in 1785. 1825 bought Friedrich Prince of Oettingen -Wallerstein the reign of King Hall from the religious foundation. After the abolition of patrimonial Horni and Dolni Černošice formed in 1850 municipalities in the district Smíchov, from the 1930s they belonged to the district Praha-venkov/Prag-Land. The land bought in 1910 Náchod textile entrepreneur Cyril Bartoňs - Dobenín. The family Bartoňs - Dobenín was expropriated after the takeover by the Communists in 1948. In 1950 the Association of Municipalities of Horni and Dolni Černošice and Dolni Mokropsy to a community Černošice, which was declared a town in 1969. 1974 Černošice was annexed to Prague and became part of the municipality Praha 5 - Lipence.
