Life

Karl married on August 10, 1687 in Potsdam Maria Amalia von Brandenburg- Schwedt, the daughter of the " Great Elector " Frederick William of Brandenburg. The marriage remained childless. He died as the last son of his father unexpectedly at the leaves, so that the line of Mecklenburg- Güstrow Mecklenburg royal house became extinct after the death of the Father ( 1695). His wife lost due to this fate beat her child.
