Chrysoclista zagulajevi

Chrysoclista zagulajevi is a butterfly (moth ) from the family of the grass leaf miner ( Elachistidae ).

Features

The moths reach a wingspan of 10 millimeters. The front wing is similar to the drawing of Chrysoclista lathamella, the orange ground color of the forewing but divided into two almost equal-sized spots. A narrow orange Subcostalstrich located at the wing base.

Similar to the genital armature of the males of the Chrysoclista abchasica, but differs by the flatter apex of the blades and the slimmer Anellus - cloth.

The genital armature of the female is yet undescribed.

Dissemination

Chrysoclista zagulajevi comes in Georgia before in the Autonomous Republic of Adjara ( Transcaucasia ).

Biology

About the biology of the species is so far not known. The holotype was caught in mid-July.
