Costa de Oro

Costa de Oro is the name given to the stretch of coast on the left-hand bank of the Río de la Plata to the east of the Uruguayan capital Montevideo, where a number of seaside towns and cities are located.

The Costa de Oro is in the area of the Department of Canelones.
