Deckers Outdoor Corporation

Deckers Outdoor Corporation is a footwear company based in Goleta, California, in the United States. The student and later Chairman Doug Otto began in 1973 with the production of sandals in a small Fabrik.Deckers initially produced sandals with the name of Deckers sandals. 1985, the company received the license to produce future Teva sandals. Through this license agreement, the company grew rapidly. Teva Deckers Outdoor Corporation in 1992 was honored by the journal Footwear News as " Company of the Year".
