Delia Albert

Delia Domingo Albert ( born August 11, 1942 in Baguio City ) is a Filipino diplomat, former Foreign Minister and was from December 2005 to September 2010 Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Biography

Entry into the diplomatic service

Ms. Domingo first completed a study of foreign relations at the University of the Philippines, graduating with a Bachelor of Science ( B.Sc.) in Foreign Service. Later in the course of their diplomatic activity followed by other subject-related studies at the Institut des Hautes Etudes in Geneva, at the Diplomatic Institute in Salzburg, at the Institute of Political Science and Strategic Studies in Kiel, at the Public Administration Institute in London and at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

After completing his studies at the University of the Philippines, she joined in 1967 as an assistant in the Department of State a.
