Denis Wiehe

Denis Wiehe CSSp ( born May 21, 1940 in Curepipe ) is Bishop of Port Victoria o Seychelles.

Life

Denis Wiehe joined the Congregation of the Holy Ghost, and received on August 17, 1969, the ordination.

Pope John Paul II appointed him Coadjutor Bishop of Port Victoria appointed o Seychelles on 24 April 2001. The retired Bishop of Port Victoria o Seychelles, Xavier -Marie Baronnet SJ, ordained him on 15 August of the same year the bishop; Co-consecrators were Maurice Piat CSSp, Bishop of Port-Louis, Michel Malo IdP, Archbishop of Antsiranana, and Gilbert Guillaume Marie -Jean Aubry, Bishop of Saint- Denis- de -La Réunion.

After the retirement Xavier -Marie Baron Nets he followed him on 1 June 2002 by the Bishop of Port Victoria o Seychelles.
