Dětenice

The community Dětenice ( German Dětenice ) with 696 inhabitants ( 1 January 2004) is 4 km west of Libáň in 224 m above sea level. M. in Okres Jičín, on the border of the districts of Mladá Boleslav and Nymburk in the region Hradec Králové Region in the Czech Republic.

History

The first written record dates from 1052, but excavations indicate a settlement in the Zeitära the Neolithic. Older buildings located in the village center. New buildings that interfere with the character of the landscape, can be found in the district Osenice.
