Dhamar Governorate

Dhamar (Arabic ذمار, DMG Damar ) is one of the 20 governorates of Yemen. It is in the west of the country.

Dhamar has an area of ​​9495 km ² and about 1,645,436 inhabitants. This gives a population density of 173.3 inhabitants per km ².
