The Russian colonel in the GRU Leopold Trepper traveling under a false name to Belgium. There he builds up a spy ring. With his staff, Viktor Sukulov ( Markowitsch Anatoly Gurevich ), Johann Wenzel, Hillel Katz and Mikhail Makarov succeeds in a very short time to establish a spy network in Belgium and France.

Gilley is using its front company to gather important information from economic and military power over the Atlantic Wall construction sites and railway lines and spark to Moscow.
