Diego Camacho Quesada
Diego Camacho Quesada ( born October 3, 1976 in Madrid ) is a Spanish football player.
Playing career
As an amateur
Diego Camacho played in his career in a large number of Spanish clubs. His career as a footballer, he started at FC Burgos in the season 1996/ 1997. He then played in Gimnàstic de Tarragona, but also with the Catalans held him for only one year. In 1998 he moved again to the club and went to the Galician club CD Lugo, where although he was under contract for two years, but was loaned for six months at Real Murcia. With Murcia Diego Camacho rose in the Segunda División, but stopped himself in the Segunda División B and went to Gimnástica de Torrelavega. There he had a regular place, but even there it is not just held him a long time. In summer 2001, followed the next change, this time to FC Granada.
In professional football
Although he was thrown back in Granada again and again by injuries, but he got the chance in 2002 at newly promoted Premiership Recreativo Huelva to sign a contract. For the late starters Camacho was 26 years, the first season in one of the two Spanish leagues. Right away, the midfielder earned a permanent place in the Primera División. But the descent he could not prevent it. He stayed with " Recre ", but after the failed attempt to re-emergence he went to the first division promoted Levante UD. With the Ostspaniern he did rise after just one season from, but succeeded in the 2005/2006 season to return to the first division.
The last years
Despite its common place and the relegation Camacho Levante left in the summer of 2007, again, to join newly promoted Real Valladolid. He was not used very often, which led to the termination of his contract in the summer of 2008.
