Mackellar is one of 150 constituencies, which are used to select the Australian House of Representatives. It is located in the northeast of the Sydney metropolitan area in the state of New South Wales. The constituency includes the towns of Narrabeen, Beacon Hill, Newport, Palm Beach and Terrey Hills.

It was named after the Australian writer Dorothea Mackellar and created in 1949.

Since 1994, Bronwyn Bishop of the Liberal Party of Australia, the incumbent Member of Parliament for the constituency.
