Richmond is one of 150 constituencies, which are used to select the Australian House of Representatives. The constituency is located in the extreme northeast of the Australian state of New South Wales on the Pacific coast. It includes the towns of Tweed Heads, Murwillumbah and Byron Bay. The constituency was created in 1901 and is therefore one of the first 75 constituencies of Australia. It was named after the River Richmond River.

Since 2004, Justine Elliot of the Australian Labor Party, the incumbent Member of Parliament for the constituency.
