Dobrčice

Dobrčice ( German Dobertschitz, formerly Dobrczitz ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located six kilometers south-east of Přerov and belongs to Okres Přerov.

Geography

Dobrčice is located on the western declivity of the Podbeskydská pahorkatina ( Vorbeskidenhügelland ) to the Upper Moravian Valley ( Hornomoravský úval ). The street village located on the right bank of the stream Dobrčický Brook, which flows into the two and a half kilometers west Moštěnka. To the north rises the Švédské ŠANCE (298 m ) in the north- east, the Robotňa ( 283 m ) east of the Vranice (332 m ) and southeast of the Holý Kopec (360 m). Two kilometers west run E 55 and the railway line Přerov - past Břeclav, the nearest train station is Horni Moštěnice zastávka. Against the southeast extends the forest area Přestavlcký les. History

The first written mention of the village was in 1356, when Budek de Dobrcizc a dowry of eight Scherf was intabulieren for his wife Clara in the Olomouc Landtafel. After the abolition of patrimonial Dobrčice / Dobrožitz formed in 1850 a municipality in the district team Kremsier. In 1869, living in the 48 houses of the village of 293 people. Since 1880, the church belongs to the district Prerau. 1882 originated in Dobrčice a one-class village school before the children were taught in Horni Moštěnice. Dobrčice consisted in 1900 of 50 houses and 286 inhabitants had. While the number of homes steadily increased, the number of inhabitants declined since that time. In 1950, there were 78 houses with 279 inhabitants and 76 houses with 199 inhabitants in 1980. In 2005 lived in 85 houses of Dobrčice 195 people. The school building now serves as a cultural center and seat of the commune office. Ethnographic the village belongs to Hanna.

Coat of arms

Since 2005, the municipality performs a coat of arms and banners. They were designed by Miroslav heraldist Pavlů. The coat of arms shows on a blue background with a silver border Ross with a knight in armor and an eight -pointed golden star.
