Dobrzęcino

Dobrzęcino ( German Dubberzin ) is a village in the northwest of the Polish Pomeranian Voivodeship and is part of the rural community Kobylnica ( Kublitz ) in the district of Slupsk ( Stolp ).

Geographical location

Dobrzęcino is located southwest of the county town of Slupsk ( Stolp ) and 1 kilometer west of the village Słonowice ( United Schlönwitz ) on a road that Reblino ( Reblin ) along Route 6 ( former German Reich Straße 2, now also European Route 28 ) Gdansk - Szczecin with Tychowo ( (Wendish ) Tychow ) in the province road 209 Sławno ( Schlawe ) - Bytów ( Buetow ) connects the nearest train station is Słonowice to the state railway line 405 Pila ( Pila ) - Ustka ( Stolpmünde ).

Neighboring towns of Dobrzęcino are: Komorczyn ( Kummerzin ) in the north, Słonowice ( United Schlönwitz ) in the east, Wrząca ( Franzen ) and Kczewo ( Egsow ) in the south and Żabno ( blessing mountain ) in the west.

History

The estate village Dubberzin consisting of the farm with farm worker houses, was in the Middle Ages one of Kleis Tsches fief, of which, however, 1550-1640 who owned half of Belows. Since 1770, the fief was entirely in the hands of Joachim Heinrich Reinhold von Krockow, who replaced various rights of other families. In 1851 the estate came into possession of the Barons of Wolzogen whose family reserves until 1945.

The estate with a size of 580 hectares devoted himself especially to the Kartoffelsaatanbau, dairy farming and fishing.

1818 lived in Dubberzin 132 inhabitants. Their number increased to 1885 to 199 and in 1925 was finally 215 Then the place to Great Schlönwitz ( Słonowice ) was incorporated and was thus also to the Official Franzen ( Wrząca ) in the district Schlawe i Pom. in the administrative region of Pomerania Prussia Prussian province of Pomerania. Franzen was also registry office having jurisdiction over the district court Schlawe was responsible.

After 1945 Dubberzin came as a result of the war under Polish administration and is now Dobrzęcino as a part of the Gmina Kobylnica powiat Słupski in the Pomeranian Voivodeship ( to 1998 Voivodeship Stolp ).

Church

Dubberzin was the parish until 1945 in the Protestant parish of Great Schlönwitz ( Słonowice ) and belonged to the Church Schlawe the ecclesiastical province of the Church of the Old Prussian Pomerania Union. The church patronage for Dubberzin practiced last of the landowner Rosalie Baroness von Wolzogen. Catholic Church members were assigned to Stolp ( Slupsk ).

After 1945 Dobrzęcino remained in the - now Catholic - Słonowice parish, which is integrated in the deanery in the Diocese of Koszalin - Kolobrzeg Sławno of the Catholic Church in Poland. Today living here evangelical church members now in charge of the parish in the Diocese of Pomerania in Slupsk, Poland, the United Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland.

School

The children of Dubberzin visited the school until 1945 in the United Schlönwitz.
