Dustin Kensrue
Dustin Michael Kensrue ( born November 18, 1980) is a singer, songwriter, and rhythm guitarist in the post- hardcore band Thrice, as well as a solo artist from Orange County, California.

Personal
Kensrue is married and has three children. On the left wrist is a tattoo which includes a quote from the Bible in Hebrew. He is very involved in world affairs and support charitable organizations. On 23 April 2010 he had to leave early the tour his band Thrice and Manchester Orchestra, as with his father Doug Kensrue a brain tumor was diagnosed.
Songwriter
Kensrue wrote the lyrics of the songs he plays with Thrice or during his solo project, always himself, he finds them very personal. Musical Career
In 1998, Kensrue founded with Teppei Teranishi the band Thrice. Initially, the band had no major commercial success, why was denied them the chance to go big. 2000 saw the band released their first album Identity Crises out on the label greenflag Records. In 2001, the label Sub City Records took notice of the band and took them under contract. Subsequently, the album was re-released and Identity Crises Thrice had the chance to larger gigs as the opening act of Samiam.
After the appearance of the Thrice album Vheissu Kensrue trod new paths in addition to the band and started a solo career. This resulted in the album Please Come Home. In 2008 published the album Kensrue This Good Night Is Still Everywhere, but which is also available as a download only on Amazon.
