Ebnat -Kappel

Ebnat -Kappel is a municipality in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland. The community Ebnat -Kappel is located in the constituency of Toggenburg. It includes the hamlets of fire wood, Winterberg and Bendel.

Geography

The highest mountain Ebnat- Kappels and also the highest Nagelfluhberg Europe is the spear with 1,950 m above sea level. M.. Above the village at about 800 m above sea level. History

To 1762 was called Ebnat top Wattwil, then Flattens. Kappel was in 1218, probably due to a chapel located there, as mentioned Capelle.
