Eddie Bracken

Eddie Bracken ( born February 7, 1915 in Astoria, New York, as Edward Vincent Bracken; † 14 November 2002 in Montclair, New Jersey ) was an American actor.

Life

The New Yorker began his theatrical career at the age of nine years. In 1940 he was first seen on the big screen in Too Many Girls next Lucille Ball and Ann Miller. During the Second World War, he was in movies like sensation in Morgan 's Creek ( 1944) and Hail the conquering hero (1944 ) star. In 1953, he left Hollywood to pursue his career on Broadway. In the last years of his career, he took roles in the comedies Kevin - in New York and Baby's Day alone.

He was married to Connie Nickerson her death in August 2002, with whom he had five children. Eddie Bracken died in November 2002 following an operation.

He was dedicated on the Walk of Fame two stars.
