The Technical University of Eindhoven ( Dutch: Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, abbreviated TU / e) is a University of Technology in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. It was founded on 15 June 1956 as the second Technical University of the Netherlands to Delft University of Technology. Later, the original name was changed to Technical Hogeschool Eindhoven University of Technology Eindhoven ( THE) (Technical University Eindhoven ).

Currently studying at the University about 7200 students and 450 doctoral students who are supervised by 300 professors and 3,000 other employees.
