Elegant Machinery is a Swedish synthpop band that was founded in 1988 and received its name in 1989. Their music is characterized by old analog synthesizer sounds that are reminiscent of the 1980s.

Band History

1988 Richard founded Jomshof (born Johansson ) and Leslie Bayne a band a year later joined Robert Enforsen as the main singer to do so. 1989 were included among others, with the song " Safety In Mind " and "Little Sacrifice" with producer Jonas Warne Bring first demos. In 1990, the first single, " Safety in Mind" was published with a circulation of 500 copies and was sold out seven days later. The first tour started 1991. 1992 the first studio album " Degraded Faces " was recorded and released under the Swedish label Energy Rekords. From the title "Process" was released as a single. Reunification
