Emamzadeh Shah Zeyd

The Imamzade Seyd Shah (Persian: امامزاده شاه زید [ emɑmzɑde ʃɑhzejd ] ) is a burial site in Isfahan, Iran. The grave dates back to the early Safavid era. It is particularly known for painting on his wall. The painting treated thematically the Battle of Karbala. In most parts of the painting you can see cavalry, but there are also other elements such as veiled women, bodies, birds, mosques and even flowers and nightingales.
