Embassy of Russia in Vienna

The Russian Embassy in Vienna is the diplomatic mission of Russia to the Republic of Austria and is located in the 3rd district, country road in the Reisnerstraße 45-47.

History

A special message was installed in 1874, the end of the 19th century, a spacious office was established in Vienna Highway, which includes the Embassy and the Russian Orthodox central parish church, now Metropolitan Cathedral for Austria. 1910, the ambassador was recalled, and from 1914 to 1917 were the two States in the war until February Revolution and the October Revolution in Russia ended war commitment.
