Erwin " Jimmy" Hoffer ( born April 14, 1987 in Baden) is an Austrian football player at the position of a striker. His nickname " Jimmy" he owes his youth coach Karl Braun Eder. He stands at Fortuna Dusseldorf since 2013 under contract.

Hoffer began his career as a professional footballer with Admira Wacker Mödling, for whom he played in the first team from 2004 to 2006.
