Esquina Department

The department Esquina is located in the southwestern corner of the province of Corrientes in the north- eastern Argentina and is one of 25 administrative units in the province.

To the north it borders on the Department of Goya, to the east by the departments Curuzú Cuatiá and sauce, to the south by the province of Entre Ríos and to the west, separated by the Paraná River, in the Province of Santa Fe.

The capital of the department Esquina is the city of Esquina on the Paraná River.
