General Paz Department

The Department of General Paz is located in the north of the province of Corrientes in the north- eastern Argentina and is one of 25 administrative units in the province.

To the north it borders, separated by the Río Paraná, Paraguay and to the Departamento de Astrada Berón, on the east by the department of San Miguel, on the south by the departments Mburucuyá and Concepción and on the west by the department of San Luis del Palmar.

The capital of the department of General Paz, is usually called Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Caá Catí Caá Catí.
