Evdokia Kadi
Evdokia Kadi (* 1981 in Nicosia, Cyprus) is a Cypriot singer who began her career in 2001 in a student club at the University of Cyprus in Nicosia.
Euro Vision Song Contest 2008
In 2008, Kadi represented Cyprus at the Euro Vision Song Contest 2008 in Belgrade, Serbia.
To this end, she participated in the Cypriot preliminary decision to Euro Vision Song Contest on 12 January. Their song femme fatale received from the Telvotern the most votes, but also a voting jury chose their contribution only in 3rd place at the end they parted 4 points distance from its counterparty Nikolas Metaxas.
In Belgrade, they started in the second semi-final, where they had to give up points from Greece because the Greeks were drawn into the first semifinal. In the end they reached the 15th place out of 19 competitors. They received 36 points from the following countries:
