Ezequiel Lavezzi (2011)
Ezequiel Iván Lavezzi (born 3 May 1985 in Villa Gobernador Gálvez, Santa Fe Province) is an Argentine footballer who stands since 2012 when Paris Saint- Germain Football Club in the French Ligue 1 under contract.
Career
Association
Lavezzi started in the youth teams of CA Boca Juniors to play soccer. In 2002 he moved to the youth of Estudiantes de Buenos Aires. In the following year he took part with the resident in Caseros in the Partido of Tres de Febrero club in the game operating the third-highest Argentine league.
In 2004 he was taken from the Italian club Genoa under contract, but immediately loaned to San Lorenzo de Almagro, to continue to play matches in Argentina. After a season Lavezzi should then switch back to Italy. However, Genoa was established in 2005 due to the match-fixing demotion to the third- highest league ( Serie C1 ) condemned, and the Italian club sold the striker for financial reasons at San Lorenzo.
Lavezzi played until 2007 at San Lorenzo and won with the club to the title in the Clausura 2007. In July 2007, he was from Napoli committed for five years and joined the Italian league ( Serie A ). His contract was extended early in January 2010 to 2015.
On July 2, 2012, the Paris Saint- Germain Football Club announced the signing of Lavezzi. He signed a four -year contract until 30 June 2016 and received the shirt number 11 In the wake of a scandal among other things, in the transfers ( see Italian soccer scandal, 2013), the contracts Lavezzi by the Guardia di Finanza were investigated.
National
On 18 April 2007 Lavezzi made his debut in the Argentine national team. In August 2008, he won the Argentine selection (U -23) the Olympic football tournament in Beijing.
