Falesia (Greek Φαλαισία ( f sg ) ) was until 2010 a municipality in the highlands of Arcadia in the Peloponnese in Greece. The village Falesia was recognized under the name Boura ( Μπούρα ( f sg ) ) in 1912 as a rural community ( kinotita ). In 1920 it was renamed the Falesia. On the occasion of the amalgamation of numerous neighboring villages Falesia 1997 municipality ( dimos ) was charged. This town was incorporated in 2011 after Megalopolis, where she has since formed one of three municipal districts.

The municipal area is dominated by the northern part of the Taygetos mountain range. The settlement structure is rural with very small towns and correspondingly lower population density. The eponymous village of the municipality Falesia has a population of 150. In contrast to the community Falesia the village is still called by the name Boura after the nearby monastery of the same name.
