Content
Main character of the series is the White Lion Larry, star of the show of two magicians Siegfried and Roy. Away from show business, Larry lives with his family in the Secret Garden of the two illusionists. This family includes not only his wife, Kate, but also the daughter Sierra, who has always struggled with the problems of adolescent youths, and the son Hunter. In addition, Sarmoti, father of Larry, former show star and predecessor of Larry, the common house inhabited. This does Larry feel again and again how little he as a son and as successor in the magic show thinks of him .. Best friend of Larry 's the gophers snack. Throughout the series, the family always has to deal with problems of everyday life.
Background
The series was produced by Jeffrey Katzenberg and his company DreamWorks Animation. The production time was 9 months. The cost per episode amounted to 1.6 million U.S. dollars.
Although it was extensively advertised, decreased during the first episodes the ratings rapidly in spite of well-known cast members in the synchronization. A second season was therefore no longer produced. Of the 14 produced episodes were aired only 13, the last episode was not completed.
In Germany, the series were synchronized from November 2007 aired on ProSieben.
